The evidence that will leave the Supreme Court with no choice but to vote 9-0 to overturn the election (or, as I believe, sent back to the state legislatures) will be filed Tuesday. Because the case is being brought by states Attorney Generals, the Supreme Court will have no choice but to take it.
Lindell says all the evidence will also be available to the public on Tuesday.
