I just saw this on the Flynn docket. It looks like Judge Rao spanked Judge Wilkins so bad that Judge Sullivan might be tapping out. He is terminating all hearings and deadlines related to Michael Flynn.
It's not a dismissal, but it looks like we're getting close.
